Replace Supermarket Milk With Raw Milk Or Kefir
Nature provides us with beautifully nutrient-dense food
Containing dozens of nourishing nutrients.
But then humans come along & rip these foods of their nutrients. Nutrients which are great for our mood, productivity and overall health.
This is where "raw" food comes in.
I'll give you 2 crucial examples:
Raw Milk
Raw Honey

Raw Milk
Raw milk has many nourishing enzymes & bacteria.
(Which supermarket milk lacks).
It has "good" bacteria. Bacteria which provides a boost to our health. We need these types of bacteria to perform at our best.
Here are some (common) benefits of drinking raw milk:
Healthier skin
High(er) in protein
Boost in mental clarity
Reduced inflammation
What's the difference between raw milk and supermarket milk?
Raw milk gets pasteurized/heated before it gets put on the shelves.
This process extends the shelf life but kills the good bacteria & enzymes - in the process. That's why we prefer raw milk.
Where can you get raw milk from?
Depends on what part of the world you're chiming in from.
For me in the UK, raw milk is banned from being sold in supermarkets. Instead, they sell pasteurized milk.
But it’s weird because the royal family literally drinks raw milk.
The Queen of England (RIP) drank it regularly!

We are allowed to get raw milk directly from (dairy) farms.
But not all dairy farms sell raw milk. So it's difficult for me to get raw milk. The nearest farm is a few hours away & they don't deliver in my area.
Maybe you're lucky & you live near a dairy farm that sells raw milk.
The Next Steps
1) Google "Farms Near Me"
2) Call up those farms and ask if they sell raw (unpasteurized) milk.
3) Ask if they do delivery (some offer free delivery).
4) Cop the raw milk.

Don't Feed Raw Milk To Those Who:
Are pregnant
Are super young
Have a weakened immune system for whatever reason.
It's a precautionary step just in case :)

Use Kefir Milk Instead: (Pronounced Kee-Feer)
If raw milk isn't for you, then you can -
Replace supermarket milk with kefir.
Kefir is a fermented milk drink containing many good bacteria great for our gut health. It has a yoghurt-like texture.
A Few Health Benefits of Kefir:
Nutritious
Elevates mood
Boosts immune system
Milk kefir is preferable to supermarket milk. It's a great option if you struggle to access raw milk.
